Swinglift’s buyout

Late September 2019, the acquisition of BXL LLC of the Swinglift brand, from Patchell Industries Ltd was officially announced. 

From now on, Boxloader will now supply the sideloader community with a greater choice and therefore simplify the process of choosing the best product for any sideloader operation or task. 

Both Boxloader and Swinglift each have a significant market position : Swinglift with its very particular and proven kinematics, and a very efficient payload, and Boxloader with a very different design, complementary to the one of its new New Zealand partner. Over the coming months, the new BoXLoader and Swinglift arrangement will start to take shape within the Australian and the global marketplace. Swinglift will continue to be manufactured by the Patchell Group as it has been however under the BoXLoader umbrella.

The Patchell Group will continue to market the Swinglift range to their New Zealand customers, while BoXLoader and its partners will do the same for the rest of the world. The combination of the two entities will deliver a significant dominant player in the marketplace with both entities continuing to provide constructive end solutions to customers thus making it an easy decision to merge the business processes. Boxloader and Swinglift have great confidence in this unique merger which can only bring positive results to their combined product range and therefore to the customers. 

Boxloader will not only guarantee their high level of customer service and support, but will continue to strengthen its product range while preserving their existing trust and professionalism towards the customers.
